HGC: Aeonia_Baratsh by Requiem

Baratsh is an awesome hero. He´s one of my favourites. Str based heroes like him deal an insane amount of dmg at late game.
He has got a skill to make himself get completely invincible to anything at all for quite a few seconds. This counters any Ultimate aswell, such as Bingyokyungs Ultimate,
which is usually really annoying. He got a teleporting skill, which makes it possible to escape from dangerous situations. He also got a mana freezing skill, which,
once applied to the enemy, doesn´t allow any use of Mana (not even dispel potions). The Mana freeze is dispellable though, but for a single enemy without any of his allies near
him it´s some kind of sure death if he gets ganked.

Skill Build:

1 point on "Self-Confidence of the Winner" and after that 1 point on "Reckless Breakthrough".
Afterwards keep on putting points on "Self-Confidence of the Winner" and "Katar of Intense Cold" . After they are maxed you start to max "Reckless Breakthrough".

Item Build:

1.Sword of Poison (shortkey9) / 900 gold

2. Seal of Magical Power (shortkey9) /825 gold

3. Sell Sword of Poison in order to buy Flaming Meteor (shortkey6) /3350 gold

4. Upgrade Seal of Magical Power to Chain Boots of Darkness /1500 gold

5. Upgrade Flaming Meteor to Robe of Red Flame /1200 gold

6. 2x Crystak of Enhanced Stamina (shortkey8) /675 gold each

7. Hammer of Hell (shortkey4) /3650 gold

8. Ring of Speed (shortkey6) /3200 gold

9. Bleeding Dagger (shortkey4) /4350 gold

10. Sell both Enhanced Stamina Stones and buy Sword of conviction (shortkey"d") /3150 gold

11. Sword of Fear (shortkey4) /4300 gold

12. Ether Tunic (shortkey4) /4650 gold

Against Magic Attack Heroes get Magic Protection Armor (shortkey6) /2800 gold

NOTE:

-You can sell Robe of Red Flame in order to get some more Atk speed and Atk dmg

once you think Splash Dmg doesnt work that well anymore.

-You can sell Chainboots of Darkness in order to get Boots of Red Flame (shortkey2) /3450 gold

-If you feel comfortable enough without Armor, skip Ether Tunic and get more atk speed and atk dmg

-Get Wooden Box from (shortkey"v") and put in Sword of Deathblow (shortkey"d")

Use it once an enemy is stunned or frozen by your ultimate and put it back into box right after that.

How to Level:

Baratsh is basicly a lining character. On "City of the Ancients" I suggest to forward line.

Sword of Poison (shortkey9) makes forward lining much easier. However you need to buy berserk potion,
a storage item (shortkey"v") and Vampire Potion (shortkey"c") in order to fight these mobs well. Use "Self-Confidence of the Winner" once you got low hp.

Once you get stalked just use "Reckless Breakthrough" on the edge of a small cliff (or w/e you call that Razz

) to get away.
You can also use "Self-Confidence of the Winner" to counter Stuns, etc. Get the creeps close to your line. At the point you´ve reached 4 minutes, sell your poison sword ;
just no need for it anymore. Get the 4 minute creeps - use your flaming meteor and run around the mobs to avoid dmg.

How to fight:

Once you´ve engaged at a gank try to focus on magic attack heroes such as bingyokyung for example. Use your "Self-Confidence of the Winner" once you are on low hp
or an enemy hero with low hp got stunned in order to finish him off (crit rate % increase due to that skill).

Baratsh is awesome against arc or nachasha since he can detect hidden heroes by just ctivating "Self-Confidence of the Winner".
This also works for Nachashas Illusions. Once enemies focus on you try to get away by using "Reckless Breakthrough".
Mana freeze on Magic Attack Heroes or stunners is insanely good and will give your team an advantage at ganks.

Once your team engages at fight port in and use your ultimate "Frost Orb".
Normally when I see other people playing Baratsh they only use it on buildings, but a 4 seconds AOE Freeze is just.... AWESOME.
You can also use it to keep an enemy on low hp away from porting in order to kill him.

Stalking enemy heroes:

When you´re hunting down a single enemy hero just mage sure u keep Mana Freeze on him.

He can´t dispel slow potions anymore and can just use his Magic Protection Scroll and that just once.
So you and a teammate hunting down a single enemy isn´t that much of a big deal. Activate ur Speed Ring to stay close to the enemy and deal some dmg.
Use "Reckless Breakthrough" to use shortways on map to make sure that the enemy got no other option than dying or using port.

Special moves of Baratsh:

On maps like "City of the Ancients" you can kill Cannon Towers really easy.
Once you got a decent lvl (~lvl 17), port into enemy base right next to Cannon Towers by using "Reckless Breakthrough".
Hit towers and once u got on low HP due to guardian or w/e just turn on

"Self-Confidence of the Winner" and destroy the tower. After that just use "Reckless Breakthrough" to port out again and run away.
After a while just go on with next Cannon Tower. After that you just summon 3 Creatures and enemies are completely defenceless and not able to use Cannon Towers anymore.
If your team doesnt fail this attacking wave then it´s already a "GG".

Team Combination:

Baratsh is based on crits, so stunners work just fine. He´s some sort of allrounder so it doesn´t really matter which heroes you pick as long as you got enough stunners.
